Scraped-Surface Pasteurizer
A scraped-surface pasteurizer is a pasteurization system equipped with scraper pads that contact the inner wall of a double-jacketed, heated tank.
This design is specifically developed for products with a high risk of burning or sticking to the bottom.
As the product is mixed by rotating arms inside the tank, the scraper pads continuously clean the tank surface, ensuring:
- Prevention of hot spots,
- Uniform mixing,
- Effective and high-quality pasteurization.
