A stainless perforated tray is a type of tray manufactured from stainless steel (typically AISI 304), featuring a surface with multiple perforated holes. These perforations allow the food products placed inside the tray to receive proper air circulation and enable easy drainage of liquids (water, steam, brine, etc.).
Standard basket perforated tray size: 910 x 910 mm
Shelved basket perforated tray size: 950 x 950 mm
The tray height can be adjusted according to product dimensions.
